Ben Miller, Co-Founder & CEO

Ben is a Managing Member of RSE Capital Partners. Ben's responsibilities cover partnerships, real estate investment oversight, day-to-day management, and corporate finance, as well as setting the long-term strategy and goals for the company. 

With over 19 years of experience, Ben has acquired, developed, and financed more than $500 million of property in his time as Managing Partner of WestMill Capital Partners and President of Western Development Corporation, a major mixed-use development company in Washington, D.C with more than 3 million square feet under management.

Ben began his career as an analyst for Lubert-Adler, a private equity real estate fund. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he sits on the board of National Center for Children and Families.

Brandon Jenkins, COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Brandon works across teams to set the strategic direction for the business. Before joining RSE, Brandon worked as an investment broker and advisor at Marcus & Millichap, the largest real estate investment brokerage firm in the country. Prior to his time in brokerage, he worked for Westfield Shopping Centers in the Regional Development Office. In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his dog Kona.

Amy Phillips, Senior Vice President

Amy began her career in commercial real estate with the Washington, DC based Donohoe Companies in 1999, and moved to Monument Realty, another local firm in 2004.  She has managed office and multi-family building projects from the entitlement process through disposition and works closely with architects and contractors, including work in design oversight, financing, permitting, and investor and community relations.  Amy also served on the Executive Committee of the Capitol Riverfront Business Improvement District for ten years.  She and her husband live in Washington, DC with their son.

Allan Sternberg, Senior Vice President

Allan joined the team as a Senior Vice President in the summer of 2019 and is based in the Los Angeles office. He is responsible for the strategic expansion of the platform.

Previously, Allan spent 11 years at Angelo Gordon where he was tasked with managing acquisitions, asset management and dispositions of the firm’s assets in Western Region markets. Prior to that, Allan worked for Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners where he focused on real estate fund acquisitions and mezzanine debt investments.

Allan received BA and MA degrees in Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. He prioritizes spending time with his wife and three children.

Whit Booth, Senior Vice President

Whit leads the Multifamily Acquisitions Team at RSE Capital Partners, coordinating acquisition sourcing, due diligence, and asset management from the Washington, DC office. Previously, Whit worked in debt underwriting at Walker & Dunlop and RMBS litigation in Navigant Consulting's Disputes and Investigations practice.

Whit received his MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and his BS in Commerce from University of Virginia’s McIntire School.
