Step 1: Initial Assessment

After you submit the details of your project, we’ll follow up quickly with an indication of whether or not it meets our investment guidelines. With our focus on stabilized multifamily, and an affiliate network that reaches into secondary markets, we can quickly provide a first-pass assessment.

Step 2: Detailed Due Diligence

Once your deal has received initial sign-off from our investment committee, we’ll dig in to gain a deep understanding. A member of our underwriting team will travel to conduct an on-site due diligence visit, and we will work closely with you to examine the project financials and buy-in to your vision.

Step 3: Approval & Closing

After your deal has received final approval from our investment committee, we’ll move toward closing, there every step of the way. Unlike larger traditional firms, we aim to be agile and have closed on projects in as little as 3 weeks from the time of initial contact.

Step 4: Ongoing Relationship
